How long has Cathedral View been in the making?

Some three years we worked closely with the local authority to breathe new life into a vacant and troublesome site.

Why was Ripon the perfect area?

What isn’t perfect about the Historic city of Ripon? It oozes history around every corner, topped off with a fabulous Cathedral. It is surrounded by so many stunning things to see.

What homes do you offer?

Detached bungalows with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mix of modern-day open plan living and traditional interiors. 

How would you sum up the interior design?

Clean, fresh, bright and vibrant.

Who are the homes aimed at?

They are aimed at the over 50s who want quiet secure living within a like-minded community.

Are they well positioned to make the most of Ripon?

Yes. Cathedral View is set in a stunning landscaped location that offers a tranquil setting with a countryside feel, but within walking distance from the city centre with its abundance of amenities, cafes, restaurants and bars.

What other benefits do the homes provide?

Mains gas central heating, modern modular energy saving construction, UPCV double glazing, two parking spaces and a garden.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes we are, but no goats.

Can you have your own garden?

Yes each home has its own garden sizes vary depending on plot choice. 

What amenities do the homes offer?

As well as the aforementioned mains Gas, electricity and sewers, there is also fibre optic for broadband and automated gated entrance.
