The AA has announced its annual Bed and Breakfast Awards, for 2017-18 with some exciting additions included in the line-up. From beachside hideaways to mountainous retreats, there are plenty of luxurious stays giving B&Bs a good name. We’ve rounded up five of the best B&Bs in the UK to check out this summer. Perfect if an exotic trip isn’t on the cards this year.
AEL Y BRYN, PEMBROKESHIRE
This relaxing rural retreat offers panoramic countryside views, just four miles from the coastal path. Ael y Bryn is a long, single-storey building with four luxurious bedrooms. Guests additionally have use of a conservatory, a lounge/music room, a library, an inner courtyard and a pretty garden. Breakfast and evening meals are served in the attractive dining room.
