Casa Anejo Spritz
This cocktail is made with Casamigos, George Clooney’s tequila brand (yes, really).
40ml Casamigos Añejo
50ml Vermouth Rosato
10ml fresh lemon juice
12.5ml oz vanilla syrup
100ml prosecco (or soda water)
Method:
Build in the order above into a balloon or large wine glass filled with cubed ice.
Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed. Garnish with a grapefruit zest and rose petal.

Cotswolds Gin Sour
Cotswolds Dry Gin blends nine botanicals, including lavender from the Cotswolds.
Ingredients:
50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
25ml lime juice

½ egg white (optional)
2 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)
Method:
Place all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker, shake and serve over ice in an Old Fashioned glass.

This take on a Bloody Mary uses Fishers gin which is distilled between the sea and the salt marshes in Suffolk.
Ingredients:
50ml Fishers Gin
100ml tomato juice
15ml lemon juice
3 x heavy drops Tabasco
5ml Worcestershire Sauce
Method:
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
Season with salt and pepper. Ideally pair with some freshly-caught oysters.

Lanique, Spirit of Rose is made from Attar of Rose, a substance created by thousands of hand-picked, steam-distilled rose petals.
Ingredients:
15ml Lanique
35ml tequila
20ml agave
60ml lime juice
2 dashes orange bitters
Method:
Combine the Lanique, tequila, agave, lime and bitters in a cocktail shaker.
Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain over ice into a margarita glass and garnish with a wheel of lime.

Ingredients:
50ml Amplify
12.5ml Pickle Juice
10ml Lime Juice
60ml Apple Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Method:
Add Amplify, pickle juice, lime juice, apple juice and sugar syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake hard to combine.
Strain and add into a glass filled with ice and top with soda. Garnish with a pickle.
