Absolutely reviews Inanch London

It’s been around for a decade but balayage is making a come back. Long-favoured by the likes of Gisele and Chrissy Teigen, this freehand hair colouring technique delivers a blended, natural look with no harsh regrowth. It’s a timeless technique, perfect for those wanting a colour update. I’m at Inanch London thinking that I want a subtle refresh, some summery blonde-caramel ends to my brunette locks and a quick chop, perhaps. My brilliant stylist, colourist and extensionist, Hasan, however, has other ideas. To cut a long story short, I leave the salon with a volumised head of ashy waves that still catch me off guard in any mirror. That’s not to say I don’t love it, I really do. Hasan liberally paints peroxide and uses a phenomenal amount of foil which leaves me unsettled as he shampoos, adds a toner and applies a treatment, but once unveiled, I see that my dark roots blend incredibly seamlessly into a gorgeous and glossy, silvery blonde. It’s a triumph to think that this is achieved in one sitting. It bounces around my shoulders as I bounce out of the salon. For serious style updates, Inanch is a winner.
