Embracing Holistic Health with Revive Active

When asked about his role as a Revive Active ambassador, Jeff’s enthusiasm is palpable. “I really felt the brand aligned with my outlook on promoting holistic health,” he explains. “Plus, I love the products. I can’t imagine just drinking plain water now!”

Jeff incorporates three key Revive Active products into his daily routine: the comprehensive Revive Active formula, Joint Complex, and Mastermind. Each plays a crucial role in supporting his active lifestyle and mental wellbeing. “I can’t emphasise enough how crucial good nutrition is for maintaining optimal mental wellbeing,” Jeff stresses.

What impresses Jeff most about Revive Active is their commitment to quality. “They only use premium ingredients in their most bioavailable form,” he notes. “It’s rare we find a health product we trust, but I certainly have, so I’m keeping it part of my routine!”

A Personal Journey to Inner Calm

Jeff’s interest in health and wellbeing isn’t just professional – it’s deeply personal. As someone who was fostered as a child and faced various life challenges, he understands the importance of inner healing. His journey into meditation began 15 years ago and has since become a cornerstone of his wellness practice.

“For me, meditation became a way of accessing inner healing and experiencing a sense of liberation,” Jeff shares. “It’s about healing from within, freeing yourself from the noise of the external world.”

One of the most significant lessons Jeff has learned is the strength of vulnerability. “I’m working on opening my heart up so I’m using it without fear and to its fullest capacity,” he reveals. “Part of loving yourself is allowing yourself to be human, to feel the full menu of emotion.”

PRJCT WLKS: Connecting Nature and Mental Health

In 2022, Jeff launched PRJCT WLKS, a series of Walk & Talk sessions in Essex. These fortnightly walks have blossomed into a vibrant community, attracting up to 100 participants each time. “The aim was to encourage people to engage in nature and discuss their concerns in a nurturing environment,” Jeff explains.

A typical walk includes route planning, welcoming newcomers, practicing stillness and breathwork, and engaging in small group coaching sessions. “People enjoy walking shoulder to shoulder,” Jeff observes. “They often find that the safety of the group and healing nature of the environment gives them an opportunity to share and release.”

Advice for Mental Health

As a mental health ambassador, Jeff offers valuable advice for those struggling with difficult emotions. “Everyone is holding something,” he acknowledges. “But very often, the ones that fare better with the constant juggle of life are still able to look at what’s good around them.”

He recommends various activities to help manage stress and gain new perspectives: “Go for a walk, read a book, slow down, journal, meditate, play, breathe, sleep. The solutions usually come to us when we do enough of these to give ourselves some respite from the constant focus we can often apply to the problem.”

Looking ahead to 2025, Jeff hopes to expand PRJCT WLKS across the UK, helping more people connect with each other through nature and wellness activities. It’s clear that for Jeff Brazier, the path to wellness is one best walked together.
