Q Can you give us a brief overview of your dentistry background before Watford Smiles?
DR KUSH: I began my career working across both NHS and private practices before eventually partnering with Dr Vish. Over time, I developed a strong passion for advanced cosmetic and digital dentistry. I’ve since become a Top 1% Invisalign Provider across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and in 2025, I was recognised as one of the Top 150 Invisalign dentists globally. I now serve as an ambassador for Labs 1503, one of the world’s leading Invisalign clinics, based in Prague. In 2025, I was shortlisted for four Invisalign Dental Awards—Most Complex Case, Most Transformed Practice, Best Multidisciplinary Case, and Best Practice Team—and we proudly won Best Practice Team.
DR VISH: I also have worked in NHS and private clinics across Hertfordshire and North London, where I’ve honed my skills. I’ve always had a strong clinical interest in oral surgery, and completed my Diploma in Implant Dentistry at Bristol University, enabling me to treat a wide range of implant cases from single tooth to full arch restorations.
Q What is your vision for Watford Smiles?
DR KUSH: We acquired a single-surgery practice in 2019, with a vision to transform it into something exceptional. We saw the potential to bring in innovation, cutting-edge technology, and a new level of patient experience. Watford Smiles became the perfect platform to create a space that reflects modern dentistry at its best.
DR VISH: It was about building a clinic from the ground up – where clinical excellence, team culture, and technology could all work hand in hand. We wanted to create a practice where patients felt comfortable, cared for, and truly listened to.
Q In a nutshell, what do you offer?
DR KUSH: We provide general dentistry and I have a specific interest in tooth straightening via Invisalign, composite bonding, porcelain veneers with minimal to no prep, and whitening – all tailored through bespoke care plans. I place huge emphasis on understanding the patient’s overall oral health, aiming for long-term benefits through minimally invasive, enjoyable, and pain-free dentistry that feels far from clinical.
DR VISH: Alongside this, I focus on providing pain-free extractions and implant dentistry, offering guided treatments ranging from simple single-tooth cases to complex full-arch restorations. Our patients benefit from a complete, digitally driven approach under one roof – whether cosmetic, general, or surgical care.

Q What are your ambitions for the future?
DR KUSH: To continue leading in digital and aesthetic dentistry, while expanding our influence as educators and innovators within the field.
DR VISH: We want to educate our patients, expand the Watford Smiles brand, and help shape the next generation of dentists– all while staying true to the high standards and ethics we’ve built our practice on.
