CHURCHILL WINTER TERRACE
The award-winning Churchill bar is travelling back in time with a seasonally themed alfresco terrace. From the iconic British posters to the old railway station clock, this is sure to be a nostalgic trip down memory lane. With the winter decor comes a creative menu, drawn from some of Sir Winston Churchill’s favourite places and passions. Highlights include a white truffle croque monsieur and an apple and hazelnut crumble.
LONDON ART WEEK
Following the resounding success of the summer event, the inaugural winter edition of London Art Week kicks off this month in celebration of the world’s most exceptional art. Over thirty of the most distinguished galleries and auction houses will open their doors to unveil previously unseen works of art, promising a week of endless discovery and inspiration.
BAILEYS TREAT SHOP
Baileys are bringing fabulous festive indulgence to Covent Garden this weekend with the Baileys Treat Stop. Here guests are invited to dive head-first into the world of the nation’s favourite seasonal treat with a customizable menu of sumptuous lattes, indulgent hot chocolates, exclusive cocktails and chocolate reindeers.

AFTERNOON TEA AT MAISON ASSOULINE
This winter, Maison Assouline has a delectable new food and drinks showcase, transforming Swans Bar into a ‘foodie haven’. On offer, is an exciting new food menu and a pop-up afternoon tea experience from Cova, in celebration of their new book and 200th Anniversary. Now until the 31 December, guests can purchase some of Cova’s most celebrated products including their Panettone, Gianduiotto, chocolates and pralines – for the first time in the capital. Get them quick before they’re gone.
PECKHAM LEVELS
The eagerly awaited Peckham Levels launches this weekend with seven levels of food, drink, artistry and fun. The restaurant line-up includes Kurdish restaurant Nandine, vegetarian cafe WILDFLOWER, chicken wing specialist Drum & Flats, classic French cuisine Canard and more. For the opening this weekend, expect free events and activities such as Morning Mindfulness with Level Six Studios, Adult Observational Drawing with Mark Pearson, performances and interactive installations.
THREE GIRLS COOK
Pull on your stretchy trousers; bring a big group of friends and an even bigger appetite because Three Girls Cook is ready to feed. The three MasterChef 2017 finalists: Alison, Giovanna and Lorna, aka Three Girls Cook, have teamed up with Brother Marcus to host an almighty feast of a supper club from the 7th till the 9th December. The popular garden café will be hosting Three Girls Cook… Junk, an evening packed full of dishes inspired by the girls’ favourite cheat day treats. Get stuck into the girls take on a classic onion ring, Kentucky fried pheasant and tender Bovril short ribs.
CELLAR BAR AT TT LIQUOR
Newly launched Cellar Bar from TT Liquor is the perfect drinking hot-spot for cosy winter nights. Accessed through the back of the ground-floor liquor store, the Cellar Bar is the definition of a cocktail den, featuring a carefully curated menu chosen to represent drinks from four key historical eras. Tipples include The Groglet, inspired by the Gimlet in the late 1800’s Belle Epoque and The Madison, derived from The Gibson cocktail of the 1920s American Boom to Bust economy. The Cellar Bar opening also marks the launch of TT Liquor’s newest experience: Cocktail Journeys, an opportunity for guests to sample one cocktail from each era, guided by a designated drinks expert, and paired with a small plates menu (priced at £45 and perfect for groups).
