The city
A short flight from London, it’s easy to see why Dublin is a popular city break destination. Convenient to get to, compact enough to explore by foot and rich in history, this gregarious city offers its visitors a wealth of attractions including churches, museums, a thriving restaurant scene and over 1,500 bars packed into its snug streets. Whether you’ve got a proclivity for a pint of the black stuff or not, a tour of the Guinness Storehouse is a must. This seven-storey journey begins at the bottom of the world’s biggest pint glass and ends with a perfectly-poured pint in the world-famous rooftop Gravity Bar. We also explore Phoenix Park – one of the world’s largest city parks – take a walk through the Temple Bar district to find great pubs and live music and take a sneak peek around Dublin Castle.
