Subject to Parkdean Resorts booking terms and conditions at the time of the booking, available at https://www.parkdeanresorts.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/.
This is valid until 1 March 2025 and must be booked by 31st December 2024. Excludes the period of December 2024. You can book your stay on the following days of the week: Monday to Tuesday OR Wednesday to Thursday, Fallbarrow Hall can sleep up to 36 guests.
- Prize does not include transport to and from the relevant Parkdean Resorts destination or any other costs, including any extras that the winner wishes to book.
- “No purchase is necessary” for entry into the prize promotion.
- Those linked to any of the companies involved (the Parkdean Resorts Group) with the promotion cannot take part.
- The winner must be 18 and older and live in the UK.
- Entrants must ensure they include accurate contact details with their entry. Parkdean Resorts shall not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, corrupt, or unreachable email addresses.
- The winners’ details: (a) will be shared with Parkdean Resorts for the purposes of providing the Prize; (b) will be obtainable from the Promoter on request; (c) with the agreement of the winner may be used by Parkdean Resorts for the purpose of publicity.
- Prize is non-exchangeable, and no cash or voucher alternative is offered.

- In so far as is permitted by law, Parkdean Resorts, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Parkdean Resorts, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
