Great pizza starts with great sourdough and Radio Alice want to share their secrets. The Hoxton Square branch are hosting a series of masterclasses showcasing their take on the humble pizza. Head Chef and co-founder Matteo Aloe will demonstrate how to create their pizza before guests turn their hand to the craft themselves. Following the masterclass, guests will sit down to a veritable feast of pizza, organic wine and good company to while away a lazy Saturday afternoon.Every Saturday afternoon (excluding 1st April), 2pm – 4pm until the 29th April. The Olive Grove Pop-Up at Union Street Café

This March sees Gordon Ramsay’s Union Street Café transform its industrial basement bar into an authentic Olive Grove. Visitors will be instantly transported to a rustic Italian scene to enjoy a unique and immersive drinking and dining experience. In partnership with Martini an experimental bar menu has been devised. It uses different types of olive oil within each cocktail. The Cheese Bar at Camden Stables Market

This weekend in London sees the launch of the city’s first cheese bar. The full cheese-focused menu will feature ‘Alfie’ classics such as the Cropwell Bishop Stilton, Bacon & Pear Chutney sandwich; alongside new dishes, including a Mexican version of fondue and a Breakfast Poutine. Modern Levantine restaurant Ceru in South Kensington now hosts a new afternoon tea, further expanding its all-day menu. Ceru’s new tea takes the quintessentially British tradition and transforms it with the flavours of the coastal eastern Mediterranean, known as the Levant. The experience includes a selection of savoury sandwiches on a Turkish brioche-style bread, with fillings such as Spice-roasted lamb shoulder with fresh mint, pistachio and pomegranate. Further to this, plain scones are served with sweet labneh and homemade barberry, cranberry and rose jam, while sweet pastries include Rose-scented lemon meringue tartlet. The Muse at Leighton House Museum
