The ECookbook was started during the first lockdown period of the COVID-19 pandemic earlier this year, when people began experimenting with cooking new recipes, and the team were delighted with the recipes that came forward which include a Jam Roly Poly from Harry Redknapp, Mediterranean Lamb from Judge Robert Rinder, an Oooooh Prawn Spaghetti A La Carte-Blanche from Vicki Michelle MBE and even a ‘The Guvnor’ Rib of Roast Beef by Ray Winstone (featured at the top of the page). The Dream Factory was started by Avril Mills, BEM, who is Founder and Trustee of The Dream Factory, in memory of her son Oliver who sadly passed away at the age of 9 years from leukaemia. Oliver’s favourite Spaghetti Bolognese recipe also features.
