INGREDIENTS:Â
- 250g porridge oats
- 650g almond milk
- 210g grated granny smith apple
- 70g natural yoghurt
- 55g maple syrup
- 70g toasted and chopped almonds
- 10g apple juice
- 15g lemon juice
- assorted tropical and seasonal fruits and berries for garnish
METHOD:
1Â Combine all ingredients, mix together and leave for 8 hours or overnight in the fridge.
