Client Services Executive

Digithrive (part of Zest Media Group) is looking for a Client Services Executive who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end digital delivery process, ensuring clients receive updates and communication from us, and all parts of the campaign are delivered. As a Client Services Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of our services and maintaining strong client relationships. 

The majority of paid campaigns work across Meta and Google, and more recently, TikTok.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimise campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients on their digital marketing initiatives. Desirable candidates would be able to build campaigns but this is not essential.

ZMG are a remote working company but have a shared office in Deal with the owners of the business. This role would be hybrid, spending a minimum of 3 days per week in the office in Deal.  

ZMG, formed in 2011, is a specialist independent agency working across print, digital and content.  This role would be working on our digital agency side of the business where most of our clients are independent schools.  We also offer partnerships with our brands Mama, Education and Absolutely so this role would be overseeing these. You would sit within the activation team.



Project Management:

  • Oversee the entire digital production process, from onboarding to end of campaign report.
  • Creation and management of Monday Boards including dates and timelines.
  • Collaborate with editorial, design, activation, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals and deadlines are met.


Client Communication:

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of 30-40 client accounts, delivering timely updates and reports on campaign performance progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain a confident and professional demeanor while delivering performance reports and engaging with clients.
  • Ensure client reporting is all working.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and foster re-books.


Resource Allocation:

  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for specialised project needs.


Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring they meet design and technical specifications.
  • Either proof yourself to allocate resource to proof all ads before going live.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, target audience, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.



Minimum of 2 years of experience in client liaison or account management roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, and Social Media.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
Confident and determined attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools to analyse and present campaign performance data.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make strategic recommendations based on data analysis.


Able to create a digital campaign on Meta and Google.
Experience working with TikTok.
