Digital Account Manager

Digithrive, a specialist Digital Marketing Agency as a part of the Zest Media Group are on the hunt for a talented account manager to join its digital agency division.

Responsibilities 

The primary focus will be working alongside our sales & activation team to retain & grow our client accounts. You will be required:

  • Make contributions to strategic planning for clients, and responses to any incoming briefs, targets and challenges
  • Day-to-day communications with clients, picking up any ad hoc questions or requests, delivering on tasks/projects
  • Creating relevant account management assets (e.g. reports and decks/presentations) when required 
  • Measuring client satisfaction and gathering case studies when relevant

Essential skills/qualifications:

  • Passionate about all things digital!
  • Minimum 1 years experience in managing client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Great written and oral communication skills.
  • Naturally confident and energised by working with other people.
  • Can manage upwards and downwards.
  • Good understanding of wider industry trends and happy to provide commentary/input on topics they’re not necessarily a specialist in.
  • Sound understanding of Digital Marketing is a plus, but not a requirement.
