This June, Mr Fogg’s invites all fathers to an exclusive cigar and whisky pairing experience on the Hendrick’s Botanical Garden Terrace. Bread Ahead Baking Workshop
Everyone’s favourite bakery, Bread Ahead will be treating dads to a three-hour baking workshop which will cover both sweet and savoury treats on Saturday 16th June. During the session, Bread Ahead’s expert bakers will teach dads how to make an extremely moreish Guinness and cheese flavoured soda bread followed by the classic Bread Ahead brownies.

Inspired by a traditional Taiwanese social dining club, Xu Teahouse and Restaurant is offering an alternative twist on the traditional afternoon tea. Father’s Day kicks off at XU Teahouse with classics like cuttlefish toast and Xu’s Taiwanese 16 spice prawn dish, before concluding with a selection of small plates, mains of Xu’s famous Shou Pa chicken or Char Siu Iberico pork and sweet cinnamon and orange mochi.
M Bar and Grill – The Mighty Tomahawk Challenge
M Bar and Grill in Twickenham are taking Father’s Day to a whole new level. Dads will be presented with a 1.2kg Tomahawk steak and triple cooked chips and challenged to finish the whole thing. Successful Dad’s will receive a bottle of Johnnie Walker Gold Label Whisky.

The team at Atul Kochhar’s Kanishka will be celebrating fathers with a special menu and a cocktail. Available for lunch and dinner, Kanishka’s Father’s Day menu will feature six sharing plates that are accompanied with a toasted coconut and mango old fashioned. This delicious menu will cost £40 per person and will include flavourful dishes such as sea bass Tenga curry and Purani Delhi Wala Gosht Pulao.
Bee Nursery at Petersham Nurseries
For Father’s Day in London, Petersham Nurseries has designed a workshop where dads and their guests will learn all about the vitality of bees. Throughout the course of the day, you’ll discover ways of protecting them before creating your very own miniature bee nursery. These 45-minute workshops will take place over the course of Sunday 16th June in Richmond, with tickets still available in the 2 pm and 3 pm sessions.

Sunday Lunch at Roast

Contemporary Greek restaurant Meraki will be serving two limited edition dishes in honour of Father’s Day: Black Angus aged rib eye steak on the bone with thyme sauce and lamb ribs with lamb sauce, preserved lemon and yoghurt. They’re also celebrating the increasing popularity of Greek wines and will be hosting a dinner with prominent Greek wine producer, Alpha Estate on the 17th June – the perfect gift for Father’s Day.
