Made with adaptogens from Glow Bar, they are as nutritious as they are delicious. Glow Bar is a wellness brand made up of specific ‘Super Blends’ and ’Single Herbs’ to help women feel healthier and happier in their everyday lives. Adaptogens are typically known as healing plants, mainly derived from herbs and roots. They naturally lower cortisol levels which your body will produce when you are stressed and also promote a healthy immune function. These treats are quick to whip up and taste devilishly indulgent. Sounds like a win-win.

A quick and easy recipe for healthy treats to satisfy sugar cravings

4 tsp Glow Bar Super Sexy Elixir Blend
100g cacao liquor (if you cannot find this a dark bitter chocolate works well)
3/4 cup hazelnut butter or almond butter
1/3 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup maple syrup or coconut nectar
1 bag raw hazelnuts
150g dark chocolate

Step 1: Melt the cacao liquor or bitter chocolate over a bain-marie.
Step 2: Whisk together the Super Sexy, hazelnut/almond butter, coconut cream and maple syrup/coconut nectar.
Step 3: Whisk the melted cacao liquor or bitter chocolate into the above mixture (it is normal for this to look split due to the fat in the nut butter, it is not split so don’t worry).
Step 4: Transfer to a piping bag.
Step 5: Fill each mould halfway with the ganache mixture, top with 1 hazelnut and fill to the top, smooth over with the back of a spoon.
Step 6: Freeze moulds for about 1 hour, until firm.
Step 7: Melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie, while this is melting you can crush the remainder of the hazelnuts up.
Step 8: Demoed the ganache from the silicon moulds, dip in melted chocolate place on a piece of baking paper.
Step 9: Top with crushed hazelnuts or rose petals.
