Whisk away upstairs and discover the spacious living area, boasting high ceilings, exposed A-frame beams, and an inviting sitting area, complete with sofas arranged in front of a Smart TV, complete with an electric woodburning effect stove. Just behind lies a pool table for entertainment and a large dining table for mealtimes.

Continue into the kitchen, a superbly presented space with all the mod cons to assist with home-cooking, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. To the outside lies a patio area with furniture and barbecue, perfect for a balmy evening, along with a hot tub for when you fancy a soak under the stars.

With an array of holiday cottages available, you’ll be sure to find what you’re looking for, from the impressive stone-built country farmhouse, which enjoys lovely sea and mountain views, sleeping up to 10 people.

Bwthyn Bach, a stunning one bedroom barn conversion presented to a very high standard, everything from the lighting and the underfloor heating to the colour scheme, soft furnishings and fabrics sleeping two guests.

Sisial-Y-Mor is the middle cottage in a row of three, renovated to a high standard and boasting some wonderful features such as the oak ledge and brace doors, high ceilings and beams, and sleeps four with two bedrooms.

Cornel-Glyd is a beautiful two bedroom barn conversion, situated in a courtyard location and is one of three, this stylish single storey cottage provides everything you’ll need for a memorable holiday by the sea. There is also an indoor heated pool located in the owner’s nearby caravan park, so remember to bring your swimming gear!

The village of Tal-Y-Bont is steeped in history, with an annual agricultural show and plenty of rural walking routes to fulfil your afternoon. Within a short walk, you’ll reach an award-winning beach or travel further along the coastline to Aberystwyth, which is home to a bustling town centre with lots of lovely independent shops and a colourful Victorian promenade.
