If you haven’t ordered your turkey yet, now’s the time. Look out for free range Bronze ones, rather than the mass-produced white ones, and buy as big as you dare. After all, everyone wants to be eating turkey for several days, don’t they?

Available from 2.5kg-10kg. The Holland Park butcher with five generations of carnivore expertise under its belt is offering free range woodland Bronze turkeys, fed on nettles, wild blackberries and freshly grown oats.
