Unique Pop-Up Bars to Visit This Month
Paradiso at 100 Wardour St
From 3-6 March, London will play host to Paradiso, voted number 20 in the World’s Best 50 Bars. When at home, the Barcelona speakeasy is located behind a fridge door in The Pastrami Bar, but in London will be located at 100 Wardour St. The specially-curated pop-up cocktail menu is unique in look as well as flavour, with drinks like the neon coloured gimlet ‘Kriptonita’ and the illusionist ‘Champagne Negroni’ with kaffir lime. We’ve also got our eye on ‘Aire de Jalisco’, a margarita-style cocktail with spiced umami notes.

Cocktail Time Machine at Timeless Bar
Funicular Productions have set up at east London’s Timeless Bar to take guests back in time and space to enjoy some of the world’s greatest cocktails at the moment of their inception. The 75-minute experience transports visitors through three decades and countries via three different, delicious, era-defining cocktails. Once the time machine returns guests back to the present, they can celebrate it ‘always being happy hour somewhere’ with two for one cocktails from open until close daily. Happily, there’s a bit more time to experience this pop-up, as it’s on until the end of July.
Dr Stravinksy at The Den
Another exciting pop up at 100 Wardour St is Dr Stravinsky, voted number 25 in the World’s Best 50 Bars. For just three days, the bar will be at the Soho restaurant’s intimate drawing room serving its memorable concoctions. Taking inspiration from a 19th century laboratory, Dr Stravinsky mixes homemade alcohols with local produce for a truly unique recipe, and cocktails on the pop-up menu include a ‘Soil Martini’ and a ‘Truffle Rosita’.
