Ella Canta
Ella Canta has launched a new margarita menu ahead of the tequila celebration with three signature cocktails. The Arandas is a short, lighter margarita with a citrus punch, the Wilpil combines lavender and rose for fragrant flair, while the Nieve Rosa is a strawberry frozen margarita with a dash of Habanero.

Swingers
Crazy golf club Swingers has partnered with Cointreau for National Margarita Day at both its West End and City locations. From 21-23 February, golfers can sip three margaritas, the Grapefruit Margarita, the Coconut Margarita and the Spicy Margarita.
Madera
Botanical rooftop restaurant Madera, in the Treehouse Hotel, serves some of the best margaritas in town alongside Cali-Mexican inspired food. There are a whopping eight margaritas to choose from on the menu, including guava, passionfruit and prickly pear – bottoms up!

Soho restaurant Corazón are offering an inventive and flavourful Mexican-inspired menu from 17-23 February. Delicious dishes include blood orange and Mexican avocado tostada paired with a rosé champagne margarita and slow-roast duck barbacoa tacos with paired with a spicy carrot margarita.

Club Mexicana
Club Mexicana serve a mean frozen margarita alongside its 100% vegan range of Mexican street food. On the menu at its three London locations are burritos, tacos and nachos, plus the eatery will be opening its very first permanent restaurant in Carnaby’s Kingly Court very soon – watch this space!
The Four Sisters
The Four Sisters, an intimate vintage-style bar in Islington, has combined a fruity cosmo with a sharp margarita in a unique take on the classic cocktail. The Uva Roja consists of Ocho Tequila Blanco, red grape, Triple Sec and salt. Cheers!
