Celebrity chef Rick Stein will be celebrating ‘A taste of Cornwall’

Clear your calendars, as from the 14th to the 20th of June, the UK’s favourite chef, Rick Stein, is back at The Goring for one week only. Rick Stein, along with his sons Jack and Charlie, will be hosting an intimate demo during the pop up, as well as a meet and greet book signing event later on in the week.
Seafood lovers will be treated to Stein’s signature dishes, such as his famous whole Dover sole meunière with noisette butter and Tronçon of Turbot with Hollandaise sauce, plus the delicious Sea Bass Ceviche with red chilli, tomatoes, red onions, coriander and avocado and crispy Smoked Mackerel and Green Mango salad. CEO Jeremy Goring says “Some of the best seafood in the world comes from the pristine waters around Cornwall…We’re looking forward to bringing Rick’s culinary masterpieces to London once again this summer”.
The food can be enjoyed overlooking The Goring’s enchanting secluded garden, meaning visitors can soak up the best of the British sun whilst enjoying some of the best seafood around – guests will be transported to the Cornish beaches of Padstow. During their overnight stay, guests will be able to enjoy the luxurious amenities The Goring has to offer. Upon arrival, guests will be treated to a guaranteed upgrade and will experience the luxury, five star rooms the hotel has to offer.
The event is just one offering out of the hotel’s brilliant summer line up, including the highly anticipated Lobster & Fizz in The Goring Garden, featuring fizz from Della Vite, the latest vegan prosecco offering from the famous Delevingne sisters.
