INGREDIENTS:
Tim Tam Martini:
- 50ml of 42 below honey
- 60ml of Espresso
- 25ml of Kahlua
- 2bsp of Sugar syrup
- ice cubes
- Tim tam or other chocolate biscuit of choice for garnish
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:
- Shaker
- Fine strainer
- Martini glass
METHOD:
1 Combine 2 parts sugar and 1 part boiling water to make the sugar syrup.
2 Add all ingredients and ice cubes into a shaker.
3 Shake well and fine strain into a frozen martini glass.
4 Add garnish.
