British modernist brasserie Hoi Polloi will be serving an exquisite sharing Valentine’s Day dessert designed by Ace Hotel Pittsburgh’s esteemed pastry chef, Casey Renee and Ace Hotel London’s, Michael Korzelius. Expect distinct and indulgent flavours of raspberry and chocolate blended into a delightful exclusive Chocolate Raspberry Fourplay, accompanied by four gluten-free mini desserts. The selection is one that anyone will fall in love with: a dark chocolate ganache cake with a chocolate glaze and gold leaf, a raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake with a ginger spiced cookie crumb, raspberry and almond macaroons and bittersweet mint chocolate truffles filled with a mint ganache, rolled in raspberry cookie flakes and accompanied by a dark chocolate sorbet.
