New beginnings
The Tack Room
The Tack Room Restaurant within The Wensleydale Hotel sits on the Market Place in the tiny little town of Middleham, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Chef Norman Mackenzie took up the reins last year. The casual Lunch menu offers something for everyone from Croque Monsieur to Baked Queen Scallops, served in the bar. Traditional Sunday Lunch is served in the restaurant. There are tempting choices for dinner including sea bream, lamb and home reared pork. If a day trip is too far the dinner, bed and breakfast rate is ideal.
