The Gastrophysics Chef’s Table

The Gastrophysics Chef’s Table is hosted in the Kitchen Theory studio, located on the top floor of an old Victorian factory in High Barnet. At the Gastrophysics Chef’s Table, ten costumers can spend three to four hours with Chef Jozef Youssef who cut his teeth in some of London’s top Michelin Star restaurants. Expect to indulge in a memorable 13-course menu, which is based on classic European technique, Japanese philosophy and Mexican vibrancy. Each dish features four flavours: sweet, sour, salty and bitter, as well as a mix of science and art.


Moonshine Saloon

Moonshine Saloon is a one-of-a-kind, BYOB immersive cocktail bar experience that promises to transport guests to the Wild West. Upon entering as an apprentice moonshiner, you’ll encounter a street that looks like it’s been plucked straight from the set of a Western film. First stop is the local tailor, who will measure you up for Stetson hats and cowboy gear. Once you look the part, it’s to the bar where you can try your luck at card games and enjoy personalised moonshine cocktails. Those who manage to escape the law as a moonshiner in the Saloon are invited to stop for a refreshment in the General Store before leaving the Wild West for the dreary streets of the city. The Murdér Express

The debut show from creative collective Funicular, ‘The Murder Express’ is a theatre and dining experience with a twist. An East End Costermonger, a music hall star, a widow in search of adventure and a local antique dealer will be your dining companions as the spooky story unfolds. The tantalising menu comes courtesy of BBC One’s MasterChef 2016 finalists, Billy and Jack.

Le Petit Chef is Dinner Time Story’s latest pop-up dining experience which takes guests on a journey along the famous Silk Road, from Marseilles to Arabia, India, the Himalayas and China, using cutting-edge 3D visual technology and effective storytelling through flavours, ingredients, sights, sounds and tastes. Featuring an innovative six-course tasting menu, the food showcases all the very best from countries along the Silk Road. Throughout the evening, the food will be matched by wine and cocktails, as well as clever props, soundtracks and scents.
